Ciencia Puerto Rico

I consider myself as an active, responsible, kind, intelligent, hard-working person, with clear goals. I always have a new goal to achieve. At the same time, I like to enjoy the life but in a healthy way and having God as my guide. For example, walking around outdoors, going to the cinema, taking some pictures, doing some scuba, traveling, reading and cooking. My objectives as a person are to continue developing my humankind area, keep learning from failures and never give up. As a professional, my goals are to continue learning and gaining experiences in research and in grad school. In 5-10 years I see myself doing biomedical research in the area of cancer biology, immunology, public health and/or stem cells. Also, developing programs directed to students interested in doing research in the biomedical area. My future careers goals are to build a career in the biomedical field that leads me to expand my horizons and translational models of research.
