About Me:

I am a psychologist and Ph.D. candidate at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. Currently, I am working as a full-time researcher at the WoNT Prevenció Psicosocial Research Team at the Universitat Jaume I (Castellón, Spain) while, at the same time, I am completing a doctoral degree with specialization in Occupational Health Psychology from the same institution. My research interests include: occupational health psychology topics, organizational learning, work engagement, resilience, communities of practice and learning.
