About Me:

I manage the research function at Management Research Group. My doctoral degree focused on cognitive development. However, my research practice has since expanded to other research areas as well. In my current role, I apply my understanding of human behavior and statistics to study leadership from various perspectives.

Project Info:

My research provides empirically-based insights into key themes in leadership such as gender, generational and cultural differences, leadership effectiveness across industries and functions, and many other topics of importance.
