The Caribbean Food Crops Society (CFCS) will celebrate its 53rd Annual Meeting at the Verdanza Hotel in Isla Verde from July 16 to 22, 2017.

The theme for the meeting is: The Role of the Caribbean as a Research Hub to Advance Global Agriculture and Food Security.

The host institution for this year’s meeting is the College of Agricultural Sciences of the Mayagúez Campus of the University of Puerto Rico.
