This community event coordinated by the ACS-Puerto Rico Section will join the efforts of hundreds of volunteers that through demonstrations will emphasize the importance of chemistry in daily life in relation to the themes of food, water, air, soil, environment, and recycling.

The activity will include the participation of the members of the ACS-Puerto Rico Section, , ACS Student Member Chapters from public and private institutions from Puerto Rico, ACS Chemistry High School Clubs, ACS-PR Younger Chemist Committee, American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB) UPRRP, AAAS-Caribbean Division, and Colegio de Químicos.
