The 2014 MUSC Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) in Tissue Engineering and Biofabrication is a 10-week summer research program that will provide laboratory training and exposure to tissue engineering and biofabrication fields with a focus on generating blood vessels through a 3D ‘bioprinting’ mechanism. Prior lab experience would be helpful but is not required. In addition to research projects, students will take part in a variety of enrichment activities that enhance the overall training experience.
