The American Society for Microbiology will recruit up to 15 Scholars for Cohort 3 of The ASM MOSAIC program. 

The ASM MOSAIC program is designed to: 

1. Provide foundational skills for Scholars to gain tenure-track faculty positions; and 
2. Equip Scholars with the tools needed for retention and advancement in tenure-track careers. 

Since its launch in 2023, ASM MOSAIC has enrolled 17 exceptional early-career microbiologists in its first two cohorts. To further support Scholar success, ASM will provide year-round online professional development programming, complemented by three in-person career development and networking events: 

• ABRCMS: ASM’s Conference on Multidisciplinary Science and Workforce Development (November 2025) 
• In Person Training at ASM Headquarters (Late February) 
• ASM Microbe (June 2026)
