The Amgen Scholars Program, a summer research program at UCLA, is accepting applications from undergraduate students from across the US who are interested in pursuing a PhD and, eventually, a career in science. Undergraduate students interested in biomedical science, chemistry, bioengineering or chemical engineering research are encouraged to apply. Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans

The Fellowships are grants for up to two years of graduate study in the United States. The recipients are chosen on a nationally competitive basis. Thirty Fellowships will be awarded each year. A New American is an individual who (1) is a resident alien, i.e., holds a Green Card; or, (2) has been naturalized as a US citizen, or (3) is the child of a US naturalized parent (other parent cannot be US born).

MBRS RISE Program Update and Technical Assistance Workshops
