Add #CienciaBoricua events to your personal calendar at SACNAS! From October 27th to the 29th the Puerto Rico Convention Center will be filled with the flavor, knowledge, and strength of Puertorican science. Several members of our CienciaPR team and community will speak at panels, present posters, and facilitate professional development workshops. We’ve made it easy for you not to miss a beat! There will also be essential mentoring sessions led by team members and collaborators at our booth, located at the entrance of the Exhibit Hall. Take advantage of this opportunity to get professional advice from the CienciaPR team about your interest in putting science in service of society. The first four people to arrive at each mentoring session will receive beautiful posters from our Aqui Nos Cuidamos collection.

Communities for marginalized identities in STEM (2:30 - 3:15pm)
Get advice on how to find or create supportive communities that provide encouragement, visibility, and advice to people from historically excluded backgrounds in STEM.
