2:30 Panel 3- MIT Alumni Entrepreneurs
The purpose of this conference is:
- Demonstrate the potential Puerto Rico has for startups, and the possibility of Puerto Rico becoming a startup hub in the Caribbean and Latin America.
- Encourage and empower college students with knowledge they can use to start their own companies in Puerto Rico.
- Promote and further the network of Puerto Ricans eager to contribute to the island, particularly young students of the generation to be.
With these ideas in mind, experts were invited to address college students on the current Puerto Rican start-up landscape. We also invite several resources that are recently appearing and endorse our visions in some way. And we place them in panel-like atmospheres where students can actively ask questions and dig interesting information.
The conference was organized by the Association of Puerto Rican Students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). There is more information on our website: APR’s Website.
