The NCI Communications Fellowship (NCF), formerly known as the Health Communications Internship Program (HCIP), gives highly-qualified graduate students and recent graduate degree recipients the opportunity to participate in vital communications projects across the National Cancer Institute (NCI).

NCF Fellows are offered one-year fellowships in various communications and science-focused offices at NCI and a robust career development series. The NCF highly encourages individuals with communications education and/or experience who are represented in NIH's Notice of Interest in Diversity (NOT-OD-18-210) to apply.

Additional information about this program, including fellowship requirements, examples of past work assignments, and the online application can be found by visiting the NCF website.

If you have any questions, please contact us at NCF-Contact@mail.nih.gov. If you are no longer the contact person for this program at your university/organization, please let us know and provide updated information.

Thank you for your interest in the NCI Communications Fellowship!
