The AD will provide leadership and broad strategic vision for all areas related to diversity in graduate education and postdoctoral training in the Duke School of Medicine. The AD will advise the Vice Dean of Basic Sciences, to whom he/she will report directly, and will also be expected to coordinate with and receive guidance from the School’s Chief Diversity Officer to ensure alignment with broader diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives.

Program Description

The University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) Combined Summer Undergraduate Research Opportunity is a non-credit, ten-week, structured research experience. The program consists of "hands-on" laboratory research with an investigator serving as a mentor, role model and advisor.
