The petition, led by the Center for American Progress, comes at a time when the island was excluded from incentives for the purchase of electric vehicles.

 

Washington D.C. - About 60 civil society organizations, led by the think tank Center for American Progress (CAP), have petitioned Joe Biden's administration to grant Puerto Rico and the other territories access to federal clean energy credits, including the purchase of electric vehicles.
