Erick Suárez y Cynthia Pérez, professors from the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at the Graduate School of Public Health from the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences cAmpus published their second book  ‘Applications of Regression Models in Epidemiology’.

The Graduate School of Public Health from the Medical Science Campus at the University of Puerto Rico will celebrate the V Puertorrican Conference on Public Health. This Conference will bring together the principal international researchers and academics with the purpose of discussing the most pressing and diverse topics in public health at a global scale. This event will be held May 2-4, 2016.

The forum "Repercussions of the Arecibo Incinerator: Solution to the problem or a new problem without solution?", was presented recently by students from the Graduate School of Public Health at the Medical Science Campus from the University of Puerto Rico. Topics on the possible harmful effects on the environment and public health that can occur after the construction of the incinerator were discussed.

The Graduate School of Public Health in the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico hosted the forum, "Alzheimer...Do you remember me?". This event served to conscientize the public about the disease and to discuss existing and non exisitng public policies for the care and treatment of Alzheimer patients.
