A group of Professors from the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo and Aguadilla joined together to host the First Multidisciplinary Research Colloquim at the Camuy River Caves. The aim of the event was to expose students to research through the discussion of possible projects, research ideas and community events that could be carried out at the Park.

The purpose of this event was to create new collaborative alliances between UPR-Aguadilla, the Camuy River Cave National park and UPR-Arecibo.
