More than twenty years of progressive teaching experience in the fields of biology and scientific research in alliance with the University of Puerto Rico Schools of Dental Medicine and Public Health. Twenty years of experience in the planning and development of applied scientific research in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) with multiple awards and publications. Five years developing research projects with Universities abroad. Six years planning and designing workshops/seminars for educational forums. Five years of experience in designing, planning, implementing, and tracking specific short-term projects/grants as a Development Manager to ensure simultaneous engagement of people and processes to accomplish organizational goals successfully. Focusing on transforming the K-12 education content to develop entrepreneur citizens and planning for the integration of innovation into curriculum. Partnerships based experience on multi-sectorial alignment promoting the transformation of the new student profile: multilingual, researcher, entrepreneur, capable for life, and ethical, among others.
