Currently pursuing a postdoctoral position in St Jude Children's Research Hospital in the Department of Developmental Neurobiology. I work in various projects, one of which involves the development and characterization of orthotopic human and mouse xenografts as a model for understanding pediatric retinoblastoma. My future goal is to return to Puerto Rico to teach and encourage scientific research as part of the development of a student's professional career.
