Born & raised in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Trained at University of Texas in behavioral neuroscience with a focus on rodent models of alcohol use-related behaviors. Re-trained at University of Missouri in cognitive neuroscience with a focus on human laboratory models of alcohol use and risk for alcoholism.
