Welcome to the First Caribbean Celebration of Women in Computing (CCWiC 2014). Students from High School and Universities are all welcome. Also, we welcome participants from industry and academia. CCWiC 2014 is a bilingual conference. Submission are accepted in English or Spanish.

Bienvenido a la Primera Celebración del Caribe de Mujeres en la Informática (CCWiC 2014). Estudiantes de escuela secundaria, pregrado y posgrado son bienvenidos, así como profesoras y profesionales del mundo de la industria. CCWiC 2014 es una conferencia bilingüe. Se aceptan propuestas en inglés o en español.

Meet women in computing, learn about computing as a career, expose you research, and meet and mentor the next generation of computing professionals. We welcome participants from industry, academia, High School, and Universities from all over the Caribbean.

Get involved in CCWiC 2014 by answering our call for proposals in the following categories:
-Panels
-Workshops
-Oral Research or Technical Presentations
-Posters

Multiple submissions accepted.

Deadlines

SUBMIT your proposals by December 6, 2013. Deadline has been extended until December 13, 2013. Authors will be notified about acceptance after December 20, 2013.

REGISTRATION for CCWiC 2014 opens on November 15, 2013. Register early by January 16, 2014 to secure your spot in the event.
