Science Education and Diversity

The Burroughs Wellcome Fund, an independent private foundation established to advance biomedical research and education, is seeking to hire a program officer to manage its competitive award program in education and diversity, as well as develop and administer other award programs.  BWF is located in Research Triangle Park, N.C. and annually awards $35 million in grants.

The NIH Common Fund’s “Enhancing the Diversity of the NIH-Funded Workforce” program seeks innovative and transformative approaches to student engagement, research training, and mentoring of students and trainees.
