Más de 110 jóvenes del sistema público de enseñanza participaron del 4to Día Tecno Boyz, organizado por Microsoft y el Departamento de Educación (DE) y realizado en las instalaciones de Microsoft Operations en Humacao.
Unos 150 estudiantes de unas 18 escuelas y colegios de nivel intermedio participaron el sábado, 23 de marzo en la competencia estatal de Mathcounts.
El ingeniero Gabriel Echandi, coordinador de Mathcounts en Puerto Rico, explicó que esta competencia es organizada por la Sociedad Nacional de Ingenieros Profesionales y es coauspiciada por la Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, anfitriona de la actividad.

The Microsoft Research PhD Fellowship is a two-year fellowship program for outstanding PhD students nominated by their universities. This program supports men and women in their third and fourth years of PhD graduate studies. To be eligible for this fellowship, you must apply during your second or third year of PhD studies.
