Welcome to CienciaPR, an expert and resource network for all who are interested in science and Puerto Rico.
I was born and raised in Quito-Ecuador and moved to the U.S. with my family after high school. I lived in Florida for 5 years and earned a Bachelors degree in Chemistry at the University of Florida.
I work in the lab of Dr. Phil Cole in the Pharmacology Department at Johns Hopkins University and my project involves the characterization of G protein-coupled receptor kinase 2 (GRK2) using peptide tools.
