Occupational: Provide software engineering and programming support in the Duke Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics for a Center of Excellence in Genomic Science (CEGS). The position will be particularly involved in defining and developing the Center's data portal, supporting the data analysis and annotation pipeline necessary for the genomics community to interact with and benefit from the discoveries done by the Center.
