The UNM Mentoring Institute extends an invitation for YOU to attend the 2013 mentoring conference, Impact and Effectiveness of Developmental Relationships.

The conference features four keynote presentations from the following experts in the field of developmental relationships:

Dr. Lillian T. Eby, University of Georgia

Dr. Tammy D. Allen, University of South Florida

Dr. David Clutterbuck, European Mentoring & Coaching Council

Dr. Beverly J. Irby, Mentoring and Tutoring Journal

The conference will facilitate discourse on the impact and effectiveness of developmental relationships among a broad constituency. We anticipate a rich mix of conversation, networking opportunities, hands-on workshops, and engagement with professionals from a diverse variety of disciplines.

The term developmental relationships refers to a diverse group of relationships, including, but not limited to: formal/informal mentoring, coaching, electronic mentoring, peer learning facilitators, advisers, and similar dynamic relationships.
