Workshops are free of cost and will be offered in San Juan and Cabo Rojo.
The Sea Grant program from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, invites the university community and residents that live on the coast to participate in the workshop: HURRIPLAN: Design for the development of resilient coastal communities.
