Dear Colleagues,

We are currently inviting applications for the AMPLIFY Institute, a professional development program designed for engineering instructional faculty at Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), at

The AMPLIFY Institute kicks off with a 2-day workshop on September 26-27, 2024, at The University of Texas at El Paso, followed by virtual group coaching sessions throughout the Fall semester. Accepted applicants will receive a $3000 stipend during the program and join a community of engineering instructional faculty fellows.

As part of this NSF-sponsored research project (grants #1953560 and 1953586), those accepted will have the chance to create measurable change at their institutions using innovative, culturally responsive, evidence-based teaching approaches, all while being part of an on-going research study.
