Know an undergraduate looking for PAID research experience this summer?

University of Kentucky Summer Training in Alcohol Research – UK STAR – is recruiting undergraduates for its 2018 program.  Applications are due February 23rd

UK STAR is an NIAAA-funded, 10-week paid ($4000 stipend) program in one of 12 alcohol research labs on the University of Kentucky campus.  Opportunities range from studying human behavior (e.g. studying Parent–child interactions in homes of addicts) to traditional bench science (pharmacology, neuroscience, neurochemistry labs).  Psychology, Biology, Chemistry and Neuroscience majors are well suited to these opportunities.
