The new headquarters of Standard Refrigeration, a local company that manufactures air conditioning ducts and provides mechanical and electrical engineering services to the construction industry, is the only buildig in the Island that is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, which system LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Rating System), promotes energy efficient and environmentally friendly design and construction.
