An expanded partnership between the Yale School of Medicine and research institutions in Puerto Rico is set to foster collaborative clinical research and training opportunities in both countries.

With the purpose of training the next generation of scientists from Puerto Rico and providing more tools and resources for the development of research proyects that will create the neccesary conditions to avoid the escape of talent from the Island, the Puerto Rico Clinical & Translational Research Consortium (PRCTRC), adscribed to the Medical Sciences Campus (RCM) of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR), started a collabortion with the Yale Clinical Center for Investigations (YCCI) of the University of Yale.
