Ciencia Puerto Rico

I’m currently an MD/PhD student in the UPR School of Medicine and Yale University cooperative program. I’m pursuing a PhD in Genetics in Dr. Berna Sözen’s laboratory studying human implantation dynamics. One of my priorities is advocating for greater inclusion in the STEM field, for which I am an active mentor for Semillas del Triunfo and a mentor for Yale's Program to Advance Training in Health & Sciences (PATHS).
