Welcome to CienciaPR, an expert and resource network for all who are interested in science and Puerto Rico.
I am a 5th year Ph.D student in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Cornell University. I am currently working on my doctoral dissertation under the mentorship of Kelly R. Zamudio.
My broad areas of interests fall somewhere between amphibian disease ecology, evolutionary ecology and conservation biology.
My Ph.D. dissertation aims to understand the complexity of host-pathogen dynamics by quantifying the consequences of host heterogeneity at different disease stages after pathogen emergence.
