About Me:

I come from the communications field and expanded into IT and Knowledge Management, area in which I concentrate my efforts now. I am a full professor at the Graduate School of the Information Science and Technology at the University of PR in Rio Piedras and President of KManagement, Inc., a consulting company dedicated to development of knowledge management solutions, including Content Management, Business Process Automation, and eLearning

Project Info:

I am doing research on the development of a Knowledge Management Agenda for Puerto Rico and on development of KM technologies to transform paper-based processes into digital automated processes.
