Currently I am directing a Technology Accelerator (ACT Global)which, in essence provides scientists and entrepreneurs with resources to develop and commercialize their inventions and initiatives. ACT Global is located at the University of Turabo, Puerto Rico and accepts proposals worldwide. We focus on clean technologies.
