About Me and Project Info

About Me:

Soy Licenciado en Ciencias Biológicas. Me dedico a la Biología Marina, principalmente el estudio de peces y corales. He cursado varios cursos de post-grado de Manejo Integrado de Zonas Costeras (MIZC); además participo en la elaboración de Planes de Manejo de Áreas Protegidas y Programas de MIZC para comunidades, he colaborado con personal de entidades pesqueras en la realización de prospectos de especies de interés comercial como el cobo (Strombus gigas), la langosta espinosa (Pannulirus argus) y el manejo de la especie exótica invasora Pez Leon (Pterois sp.)

Soy miembro activo de varios proyectos de investigación entre los que se destacan: Manejo y Conservación de Especies de Interés Conservacionista del Parque Nacional (PN) Jardines de la Reina, Manejo de Especies Exóticas Invasoras y el GEF Sabana-Camagüey.
