Entrepreneur, educator, investor, and innovation ecosystem builder. Strong interest and track record for building innovation ecosystems and catalyzing technology commercialization. Passionate about pursuing exciting ideas and working with talented teams to make a tangible and positive impact.

Project Info:

Previously a founder of a university startup incubator and of 2 startups in biotechnology and education.

Returned to my homeland Puerto Rico to join global startup accelerator Parallel18 as founding chief operations officer during its first 5 years. Now leading venture capital fund P18Ventures and investment initiatives on behalf of Parallel18 and the Puerto Rico Science, Technology, and Research Trust.

In my personal capacity, I engage as a business consultant and angel investor, and hold adjunct professor appointments at University of California-Davis and Universidad Sagrado Corazón, teaching a class on creativity and entrepreneurship.
