Applications are currently open for four PAID AIM-AHEAD training programs, each designed to further develop a workforce of researchers from a variety of backgrounds who are proficient in AI/ML and eager to address unmet needs in communities across the United States and its territories. Postgraduates, graduate students, postdocs, healthcare workers, and early-career researchers are encouraged to apply!
Applicants can submit a single common application to multiple training programs on the InfoReady platform by selecting all desired program names; however, acceptance is limited to one program. Placement will be determined by scientific and programmatic review, as well as the applicant’s stated preference.
Details about each program and upcoming informational webinars are included below, and full application instructions can be found on the CFA listing page onour website.
Please Note: Current and former AIM-AHEAD program participants (including awardees, fellows, trainees, mentors, clinical advisors, experts, and grant-writing coaches) are ineligible to apply to the current year AIM-AHEAD training programs. AIM-AHEAD-funded Coordinating Center personnel and federal employees are eligible to apply, but if accepted, they will not receive the stipend and allowance.
Applications for all programs are due by Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
