Again RUM student as the New Face in Engineering

Nicole J. Ortiz Rodríguez, a student in the Graduate Program of Industrial Engineering from the Univeristy of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus was recognized as the New Face of Engineering by the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE).

Student at the UPR-RUM recieved 1st place for his poster at IISE

Andrés F. Calle Hoyos, student at the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico in (RUM), received an award for his poster (Experimental Design Analysis of Stir Casting of Enhanced Aluminum Filler Reinforced with NbB2 Nanoparticles) at the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) conference in Anaheim, California.

Student from UPR-Mayaguez wins first place in poster competition at Annual Conference in California

Andres F. Calle Hoyos, a graduate student from the Industrial Engineering Department at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, won first place in the poster competition during the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) Annual Conference & Expo 2016 held in Anaheim, California during May 21-24, 2016.
