Jane Coffin Childs Fund for Medical Research, provides three years of salary support to the best and brightest postdoctoral fellows, as selected by the esteemed Board of Scientific Advisors (BSA), pursuing fundamental biomedical research to advance human health.  Over 1,800 Jane Coffin Childs Fellows and grantees have been awarded to conduct basic cancer and human disease related research in laboratories in North America, Europe, Japan and Australia.

The Pew Latin American Fellows Program in the Biomedical Sciences provides support for two years of postdoctoral training in leading laboratories in the United States. Fellows receive opportunities to advance their careers, collaborate with principal investigators in the U.S., and exchange knowledge with hundreds of Pew-supported scientists. Fellows are also awarded funds to help them start their own labs in Latin America.
