C3TEC, the first science and technology center in the Caribbean, will have 33 interactive exhibitions in subjects ranging from meteorology to geology to energy. The center will also house two technology companies with laboratories, which the public will be able to observe through glass windows. On the third floor the structure will house a "green" roof with gardens and a rain water collection system.
