Nominate your students for USGS summer internships

The US Geological Survey is seeking to create a pathway whereby students with excellent training in biological field methods can be nominated and apply for summer internships at USGS. Selected applicants will be offered internships at available field, laboratory, or office related scientific positions throughout the country for up to 5 months. USGS places interns wherever the project scientists need them.

El Programa de Jóvenes Embajadores (YAP por sus siglas en inglés), un programa reconocido en todo el país para estudiantes del último año de la secundaria, fomenta la formación de la próxima generación de líderes latinos interesados en su comunidad en las artes, las ciencias y las humanidades a través de la Institución Smithsonian y sus recursos.
