Casi 10 años después del primer intento legislativo por preservar sus terrenos, el Senado aprobó hoy un proyecto de ley que designaría como reserva natural las 3,057 cuerdas que componen el Corredor Ecológico del Noreste (CEN), incluidos aquellos que están hoy en manos privadas.
