The 8VC Fellowship pairs up the country’s top entrepreneurial computer science students with the fastest growing companies in the 8VC portfolio for the summer. Fellows will attend weekly sessions with some of the best entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in the Valley—from portfolio company CEOs to 8VC partners. At the same time, they’ll work on challenging technical problems, get paid a competitive salary and summer housing stipend, and build meaningful relationships with their 2019 fellowship class. Portfolio companies range from investment management platform Addepar to Bio-IT innovator Synthego.
8VC is a venture firm, founded by Joe Lonsdale, located in San Francisco with $2.7bn assets under management. We invest in highly technical entrepreneurs working on the world’s biggest problems in Bio-It, Logistics, Government, Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare.
