Posee un doctorado en biología molecular y es experta en microbiología y desarrollo de programas de impacto a las ciencias. Greetchen nació y se crió en Ponce, PR y le encanta el arte, la historia, la fotografía y la lectura.

Seeds of Success: Latinas in STEM Collection

Meet great women in the disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The Seeds of Success Women in STEM collection includes undergraduate/graduate students, postdocs, as well as professionals from academia, industry, government, and nonprofit organizations who serve as volunteers for Seeds of Success. CienciaPR has thousands of women in STEM who are part of our network. Please note, the collection is currently in Spanish. You can do a member search so you can meet all the models to follow in CienciaPR.

Given the recent natural disasters and the public health emergency that we are facing, Ciencia Puerto Rico continues to be committed to the educators and students of Puerto Rico, who have seen their teaching and learning process interrupted, first by a sequence of earthquakes and now by the COVID-19 pandemic. This new crisis (the third in last three years) highlights how important it is to develop strategies and tools that ensure the continuity and resilience of the education system.
