PAID SUMMER RESEARCH INTERNSHIPS FOR UNDERGRADUATES
Vermont EPSCoR: Research on Adaptation to Climate Change (RACC)
The RACC internship program is designed to encoruage students from populations underrepresented in STEM to gain research experience in watershed, climate, or social science. Successful applicants receive a $5000 stipend, round-trip travel, and summer housing at the University of Vermont.
Conduct full-time interdisciplinary research with faculty mentors and graduate students in:
- Lake Ecology
- Water Chemistry & Microbiology
- Climatology
- Soil Nutrients
- Environmental Policy & Management
- Land Use Management
- Lake Hydrodynamics
Internship Dates: June 2 - August 8, 2014
