Ángel Nieves Rivera and Edgar Maíz López recently published a book about little-known Puerto Rican naturalist Narciso Rabell Cabrero (1873-1928). Considered a Reinassance Man, Rabell Cabrero was a paleontologist, pharmacist, chemist, botanist and amateur archaeologist. He was also a politician, educator, civil leader, musician and philantropist.
